Send Mail for System Center Service Manager allows analysts to send emails with questions or informational messages about tickets they are working on.

The extension is integrated into the SCSM console task pane as a separate task for the Incident, Problem, Service Request, Change Request, Release Record and Activity forms. Send Mail allows you to quickly and easily send emails from the console to one or more recipients – including attachments.
