We are happy to support you with our consulting services throughout the entire lifecycle of your products. We provide consulting support for the purchase of the right products, the corresponding architecture and the appropriate licensing. Do certain processes or business requirements change over time? This is no problem either. We provide you with the tools adapted to your needs and train you accordingly in their use.

Operate Service

With the Operate Service we take care of the daily tasks that arise when using the various tools. You have installed a new tool and at the beginning you have difficulties in using it or you simply don’t have the time to do this task yourself. We are happy to prioritize and realize the work for you.

Support Service

Your workflows no longer work as they should? The Service Manager console no longer responds? We help you with our support service promptly and competently. Using our ticketing system, you can inform us of your problem directly and in an uncomplicated manner, whereupon we will take care of the solution immediately.

About Us

Operaio GmbH was founded in May 2020 as a spin-off of itnetX (Switzerland) AG, with the aim of placing a stronger focus on IT service management. Due to a strategic focus of itnetX on the Microsoft Cloud area, the topic of IT Service Management was no longer promoted within itnetX. Adrian Probst, as head of the business unit, joined forces with the then lead consultant Marcello Rosenberg and spun off the existing area as a new company.

As a start-up company, we have a very modern set-up. We do not have fixed offices but work in home offices or on-site with customers. For the purpose of collaboration within the team, we meet regularly for workshops and exchange in co-working spaces.
