Today we are releasing the Reporting Dashboard. It completes the Operaio SCSM archive, which was launched in October. The web-based Reporting Dashboard gives you in the default configuration an overall view of your tickets, your service requests, your incidents as well as the analyst performance.
Would you like to analyze your past tickets to improve your planning? With the Operaio Reporting Dashboard, which is part of the Operaio SCSM archive, you can do this easily. In the default configuration, you have four overviews. These can be edited as you like or you can also add your own created reports. In the video below, Raphael, the developer of the software, shows you the tool in the default configuration.
